In the field of air pollution prevention and control, the key technologies of desulfurization and denitrification, such as co-treatment of multi-pollutants in flue gas, selective reduction, and combined removal of PM2.5 and major precursors of ozone, will be emphasized. By 2020, the whole country will cultivate 10 leading energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises with more than 10 billion business income and international competitiveness, and about 100 leading energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises with more than 1 billion business income and leading market segments in China.

In order to implement the decision-making plan of the state on the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industry, accelerate the development of energy-saving and environmental protection industry in this city, promote the upgrading of industry and the transformation of development mode, and promote energy-saving and emission reduction and the improvement of people's livelihood.
